The project visualizes a concept for gardens along the sides of the two concrete towers at Bjørvika, Oslo. This structure enables gardening within Norway’s harsh climate and social space allowing users a “break” from the city.

 

Shinrin-yoku; forest bathing, the Japanese practice of a short leisurely trip to the forest for relaxation and stress management.
